I am looking for some suggestions. I would like to travel this winter to a warmer climate to beat the clouds and cooler weather we experience in England. I have not been able to travel in awhile for the same reasons most people likely haven't been able to travel! Suggest me some amazing destinations for the winter months that are warm and sunny.
I loved going to the Pink Sands Beach in the Bahamas over winter years ago. I believe this was in 2015. Key Largo is another good one, that is in Florida but tends to be more crowded in the winter months with Americans heading down there to beat the snow.

If you’re looking for winter sun, I’d definitely suggest Morocco. It’s just a short flight from England, but the climate feels completely different, sunny days, blue skies, and much warmer than back home. I visited last winter, and it was such a perfect escape from the clouds. Between the colorful souks, the Sahara Desert, and the relaxed coastal towns, you’ll find plenty of sunshine and variety. It’s a great balance of culture, warmth, and easy travel.

If it’s winter sun you’re after, you’ve got some lovely options depending on how far you’d like to travel. Closer to home, places like the Canary Islands or Madeira stay pleasantly warm and sunny through winter. If you don’t mind a longer flight, Dubai or Abu Dhabi are great for guaranteed sunshine and a mix of city + beach. For something a bit more laid-back, Morocco (Marrakech or Agadir) has plenty of warmth and culture without being too long a journey. And if you want long-haul, Thailand or the Caribbean are amazing that time of year. 🌞✈️
