My brother has left for Albania and completely forgot to get a SIM before leaving. He messaged me before getting on the plain. Where can he buy one after he lands? Do they sell them at the airports?
Vodafone shops will have them and are in most if not all airports close the baggage claims. There will be some within the cities as well if you prefer to save some quid.
