I know where I live, I have a lot of Jamaican families who always travel back and forth for celebrations. They make some of the best food too. I am hoping to one day go. My neighbor who is Jamaican actually invited me on one of their trips and if it hadn't been so last minute, I would have gone!

I believe Mallorca and the Canary Islands islands are far more popular. There is likely just an influx of Jamaican immigrants who travel more back and forth to see family.

Maybe it is just my area then? That seems to make more sense.
I was looking into it a bit more since asking and it actually seems more popular to fly to the US (Florida and Las Vegas) than Jamaica! The more you know!
